New telephony system

The practice has just had a new state-of-the-art cloud telephony system installed. As with any new technology deployment there may be some teething problems in the early days, so we ask you to bear with us during this time. However, we are confident that the new system will bring benefits to our patients in future. Please note that this new system may automatically record all telephone calls in and out of the surgery for training and quality purposes.
