Important: New telephony system

The practice has just had a new state-of-the-art telephony system installed. As with any new technology implementation there may be a few teething problems to begin with, and we ask you to bear with us in the early days. However, we hope that our patients will find that this will bring many benefits when contacting the surgery in future. Please note that all calls to and from the surgery may be automatically recorded for training and quality purposes.
