There are several options for accessing GP services digitally. Some of the most popular apps are listed below, but others are available. To access your medical records or order medication you will either need a special username, password and linkage key from the practice, or with the NHS App you can register using Government issued identification. Appointments can be booked with the MyGP app using your mobile number and personal details, as long as these match the number and details held by the practice.
A linkage key can currently only be obtained in person from reception, and you must bring photographic identification before we can give one to you. Ask a member of staff for an "online access password", and they will generate a unique username and password. Then follow the printed instructions you will be given to register the service of your choice.Online services appsGeneral health apps
